The ladies at this office are very friendly and helpful i went in for books and maps and recommendations and came out with hotel taken care of lots of idea very happy with my service
The information they gave me was misleading, I ended paying more then my last insurance company. Bad
My car is getting older, and they are always there to help when something goes wrong! Result in me having way less stress.
The only negative thing that I would say is that the telephone system that they use ask to many questions when I just want to be put through to someone. Just saying.
They always do a great job. I have had everything from oil changes to major automotive work. They are ASE certified.
Went in for DMV services and ended up getting auto insurance from Angela. I highly recommend working with her for your insurance needs. Ask for her at the Glendale branch or call 818-525-5457. AAA has local branches everywhere, great claim service, and impeccable roadside assistance. Worth every penny.
