Installed my units refused to file paper work to get my rebate with duke energy. Never retyrns phone calls and have not had a proper working unit since he installed. Infact the u it installed was an old unit that wouldnt even qualify for the energy rebate even though thats what i was told. Was made countless promises and have been blown off countless times. Ended up spending 129.99 plus tax for another heating and air company to come out and tell me my thermostat was bad. This company and Mitch the owner are TRASH.
Mitch is an honest and hardworking guy. We’ve used him twice now for our heating and cooling needs. He always very responsive and has always given us a fair price. We highly recommend him!
