I feel horrible for the owner of our home. He pays AAA to manage the property which I rent, yet we have after almost 6 years have to go through the owner for repairs. Paying rent online has made us pay an extra 150$ if this option is used worst of all if we pay after 4pm on the 3rd it's late. They've finally installed a drop box, but that does tenants no good if we are at work like most people until 5pm which is NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS factor in travel time from Albuquerque to Rio Rancho. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the most horrid place to go through. We moved in back on 2019 and since then it’s been a nightmare. They’re never available and when someone is able to answer the phone, they act like you’re a bother. We went without water for 4 days and didn’t repair it until I threatened to sue. Maintenance is completely worthless, they always have an excuse for why they can’t repair something. Garage door, front and back doors were broken, dishwasher was leaking and water went everywhere.... read more
