After placing a service request with my warranty provider I received a call and text message from Keith at AAA Precise plumbing within 1 hour, WOW!!! I was very impressed with such a quick response, and the job hadn't even be done yet. Keith set up an appointment less than 24 hours, so my family and I would not be stuck without hot water. So disappointing. Poor service. Left the work unfinished. Do not use this company.
Horrible service from the AAA Precise Plumbing owner. Shame on him. Long story short provider came out on warranty work and kitchen faucet was left leaking and they were ordering the parts. 7 days later and still leaking and they contacted to advise the parts were more difficult to locate. They would not be coming and will be back another 4 days. I explained this is unacceptable and I’ve been more than accommodating. He cut me off mid sentence and advised he is going to transfer my work order since I was being a “jerk”. I wa... read more
5.09.19 We shall see- not done yet. (1) Told me he'd call me "within 10 minutes" to confirm installation of WH - did not call back for almost an hour. (2) Called back in~ hour to say 'we can!' and 'be there between 1&3-will call 30 minutes in advance to let you know when I'll be there.' (3) At 2:40, I texted to say "you didn't". He called later to say 'Sorry-delayed".
