took in some watches and alot of other jewlery coins excetra, and thought i was gonna have fair deal . not they strait ripped me off
Very poor customer surveys cocky, not very informational. Rude acted like you're supposed to just know everything. And like there's no one better than them.

I’ve refined my silver and gold multiple times over the years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. I still use them, even though I no longer live in Portland.
