I can not say enough about how Dan at the Powell location handled me when I was extremely upset. He displayed the utmost professionalism and even though I was not nice, he took great care of me. I went back the next day to apologize if that tells you anything. And he was so gracious in accepting my apology. His main concern though was that my car was running well and that I wasn't having any problems. AAA Powell now has a customer for life. Thank you Dan. I do not recommend this establishment. Go to another location. The general manager Matthew Marsh abused me and due to us living in 2 different counties my case doesn't matter. This location also put the wrong oil in my Lincoln mkc and broke my axel on purpose so I could not leave him because Zach the assistant Manager was his enabler. Do NOT go to this location until they change management.
On the way home from dinner Friday night my car completely lost power steering…and then all electricity. The tow company asked us where we wanted to take our car at 2am and we found AAA Powell randomly on a quick Google search. I called AAA Powell first thing Saturday morning at 8am when they opened and spoke with Dan, who was friendly and empathetic to my situation (my car’s never broken down before!). Long time customer but will be looking for a new service provider. Customer service has gone downhill. Having an appointment time is merely a place in line - they will get to your car “eventually”. Was told they are “like a doctors office” and that they will work on my car when they get to it - despite having an appointment. Prices are no longer competitive either, even with AAA membership discount.
