I updated him every other week on the status and he'd say it was normal evaporation. He came back to search and find the leak just a few inches away and to say he'd have to charge some more. Very authoritative, unreasonably shouting, i have video footage how quickly he escalates, because he says, he should have charged us more from the beginning!
