Very disappointed in this company. I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. they call the day of my appointment to cancel and reschedule for the next day. now I received a call today trying to reschedule to RIGHT NOW as that is the only time they are going to be able to come. I am an adult with a JOB. when I make an appointment, I rearrange my work schedule to fit. This is completely unacceptable in my eyes. I'm VERY upset.

RecommendedTerrific service!! So far, AAA, has installed a new hot water heater, new furnace and duct work as well as a new ac unit. Would highly recommend.
I had a non-working hot water heater and even though they were booked solid for a week they came out in about 2 hours and fixed it for me. I call that great service! Thanks Aaa!!

Very disappointed in our experience with AAA! They winterized our home then came back in the spring to open it. They said a shower valve needed to be replaced as there was a leak. There was NOT a leak when it was closed in the fall. My husband called to inquire about what was replaced and in which bathroom and to ask if the old parts were available. Finish the job that DHHS paid you to do!!! I was suppose to have a working shower by the time they were done and I still dont have a working shower!! This Fraud Will be reported to DHS!!
I called AAA and they worked me in the same day. They sent out Scott to my house to fix some leaky pipes. He was very professional and told me exactly how he would fix the problem. Professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. They will have all my future plumbing business. I'm very happy. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
Our heater went out in the middle of the snow storm, yikes!!! Called AAA and Scott sent someone out right away!!! Thanks guys!
Huge thank you to AAA Plumbing & Heating! Woke up this morning with no heat. Within 30 minutes of me contacting them they had a tech at my home and by the time I got home for the day I had a warm home and a new furnace installed!! Everyone I dealt with today was friendly - office staff and techs! Couldn’t have been a better experience.
