I would give a 0 if I could. I had my car there for a diagnosis. It turned out to be the condenser. They could not source the condenser for over 3 weeks and I ended up having to buy the part myself and drop the car off 3 separate times. Noone would answer or let me know for an update on status so I actually had to come by in person multiple times for an update. Avoid, nightmare experience. I have never left a Google review anywhere but I strongly encourage anyone looking for a repair to go elsewhere. My car conked out and I had it towed here. It took over a week to hear what was wrong with it and approve the repair. Then I didn’t hear back. When I called (once a week) I would be told “today or tomorrow.” This lasted for several weeks until my car was ready. Apparently it took so long because they kept buying defective parts (red flag!).
