I don't recommend having your car towed to this location. I had it picked up by AAA and dropped off at 1601 Columbus right before closing and missed their call the next morning. I called them back within 5 minutes, was put on hold for 20+ minutes when I called them back with no answer, multiple call back requests weren't returned over the course of 3 days. Busy , very efficient
This is my first time ever leaving a Google review, and I’m doing it to warn you: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE. In mid-August, I had my car towed here after it wouldn’t start. They performed a full diagnostic and told me the needed repairs would cost twice the value of the car. I paid for the diagnostic and told them I’d have it towed elsewhere to be fixed with my own parts. Weeks later, when I called to arrange the tow, I was told my car had been moved to a tow yard. I would give a 0 if I could. I had my car there for a diagnosis. It turned out to be the condenser. They could not source the condenser for over 3 weeks and I ended up having to buy the part myself and drop the car off 3 separate times. Noone would answer or let me know for an update on status so I actually had to come by in person multiple times for an update. After FINALLY getting the car back they took a lousy $30 off after saying they would help me out on the labor because of the delays and bad communication. The total b... read more
