Everytime I call to get my girls signed up as patients, and after the office asks what insurance I have (that they say is accepted) they tell me they are no longer accepting patients. I’ve called several times through multiple points during the year with the same answer (months apart, even to test their responses). Why ask for my insurance details only to tell me that you aren’t accepting patients? Is it because my kids aren’t of Hispanic or Caucasian descent? Is it because my name sounds “black”?
