Everytime I call to get my girls signed up as patients, and after the office asks what insurance I have (that they say is accepted) they tell me they are no longer accepting patients. I’ve called several times through multiple points during the year with the same answer (months apart, even to test their responses). Why ask for my insurance details only to tell me that you aren’t accepting patients? Is it because my kids aren’t of Hispanic or Caucasian descent? Is it because my name sounds “black”? Dr Sugastti and staff have always been patient and understanding with my autistic and medically complex children, which is so refreshing! Wait times are always short, appts are available in reasonable times. The front desk staff works hard to get all of the things taken care of and are very friendly! Highly recommend!
