Employees lack professionalism and results are poor
Do yourself a favor and go with another company. I used AAA for 3 years. Last November, 2.5 years into servicing my home, the technician, Adam H*******, informed us that he had been treating our home for the wrong thing. Instead of offering us a refund due to THEIR error, AAA RAISED our monthly cost by $20 to treat for the right thing!! I had wondered why we weren't seeing improvement and hoped that we would now that they were treating for the "right thing." We saw a slight improvement, but not much. We asked for help with sugar ants in our medical office, and mentioned our chemically sensitive patients. Our staff was convinced by the arriving employee to use an additional "safe" substance. It has contaminated our office, and we deal with its toxic effects months later. We are still trying to scrub it from the walls and had to have the carpeting cleaned. This company only has ONE natural product, and that is boric acid. The other products DO have toxic effects, and I would be cautious of their claims.
