I called this business because they said they specialized in pet stain removal. My carpet was really bad in stool stains. They sent out their technician, Melvin. He was honest and very professional, but friendly! So he said he’d do his best to remove the stains. So after an hour, he said he was done and I asked, “how did it turn out? He said pretty good, but he lied, he did phenomenal!! He got every stain out along with the odor and made me feel so comfortable having him in my home!! came out, they inspected the desired area to be cleaned.. abit over what I thought it was going to cost - but their work is exceptional. You get what u pay for - no?
Great and fast work on cleaning our sofas. Our toddlers had destroyed our sofas and they were able to get all the stains out. Totally worth it over reupholstering.
