Well after a disappointed experience with a travel agent,I did get call from Mgr. With an i am sorry , now today, as I am filling out my check to renew I get a new cust invite in mail with everything cheaper than what I am paying for, so I call saratoga office with a question, well got a snippy answer from the lady , so now I may not renew, at all..this office needs a major over hall in how to deal with customers, because they are losing business with the snarky attitude, only decent person was the man who apologized about t... read more
Went into West Ave, Saratoga springs to make an appointment to look at flights. There was a gentleman and two agents, one of which I’ve had before. None of them had a customer with them. He told me there were no appointments today or tomorrow Wednesday. First one was Friday. You’ve got to be kidding me. I left and won’t return.
