A long overdue HERO SHOUT OUT to my AAA technician, Dave, who came to the Community Court Hotel in Saratoga Springs on Monday, June 16th, to save this "damsel in distress" with her ancient Hyundai. Cannot believe 20 minutes for them to tell me they cannot jump my battery
Currently, today to be more precise I had an accident and I called Saratoga Springs triple A and I couldn’t be more fortunate since the lady who answered my call till the guy named Andrew who was amazing professional, kindness and helpful. Thank you so much for your assistance I’m A membership at least 5 years and the few times I need any kind of rescue I was prompted assisted and today I’m here to thank you guys again in special Andrew who was an amazing professional and did his best to help me. You deserve 5 ⭐️
We made an appointment with Donna for 11:00. We arrived at 10:58 and were greeted immediately. We told him we had an appointment with Donna at 11 and were told she would be right with us. 10 minutes later another employee greeted us and checked with Donna, who apparently told that employee she was on a phone call that was running a few minutes late. At 11:20 we finally left, as she was still on the phone. It’s rude to eat into someone’s scheduled time, and we are very disappointed in Donna’s non-service.
