Had a flat tire on a rental vehicle. Sent a tow truck to change it. Could not find the tool to change the tire by lowering spare. Instead of offering help with this the driver left. Still on the side of the road. Uhh!!!
I paid 150 dollars for Road Service on December 5, and I was told that I would receive a card in the mail. Today is December 22 and still waiting.
