Terrible experience with Roadside Assistance. The voice activated system does not even finish sentences so pertinent information such as location can not even be processed. Waited for 60 minutes with no show…tried to call for status and again voice system broken up and finally got a representative that had no record of our assistance call. This service used to be excellent but not worth the money now and not reliable at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING! If you are thinking of purchasing….advice….NO GO! Called for Air in a tire and was TOLD that they couldn't guarantee they could find a person to AIR up a tire that's NOT totally flat but just needs AIRED UP !!!!!! It won't allow ZERO STARS !!!!! No money in it do their job 🤬🤬🤬🤬
