Had a storage unit here for a couple years and as of recent our storage unit was broken into and several things were stolen. After we contacted them the following morning about what had happened, there was no empathy given. Almost as if this happens all the time. They wouldn't even pro rate this months bill, since we paid it 3 days ago.. So we're stuck with a full months bill with nothing in the storage unit.
