These people are scam artists. Won't call back at all after leaving message after message. Got a letter in the mail 5 months after we gave them a 2 week notice that we didn't need the unit anymore to charge us fees and late fees. Over 500 dollars they're trying to scam out of us and won't resolve it. Don't do business with them ever! Trying to charge us for something after we told them we didn't need it anymore... CALL BACK or we are taking you to court. Our credit will not be affected because of you!

I have used them for two years. I went to get my stuff out of storage recently and the ceiling was messed up which allowed water to get in on my stuff and ruin antique furniture but mice as well as a decent sized rat who was still alive and in the building had gotten in my things and ate through mine and my kids clothes, and been in several boxes of things that had to be thrown away.
