Friendly, professional treatment Short wait, clean office.... wish full service DMV was like this !
I went on a Saturday morning to renew my driver's license. The first contact with an AAA associate occurred immediately. The line for photo and license issuing had approximately eight people ahead of me. The line moved quickly; I waited less than 20 minutes. The surroundings are clean and pleasant, and all staff members with whom I came in contact were courteous, efficient, and helpful. I will probably use only AAA for my license renewal in the future.
Very dissatisfied as there were no leaf peeping maps at all. In fact I was told the office never received the ones that were suppose to arrive the end of August. Living in Connecticut that is one of the things we always look forward to, taking a nice drive on a Sat or Sun afternoon and stopping for lunch- apple cider, etc Seems like AAA has gotten so much into making money off further away from home destinations that they have forgotten how many families still enjoy sights in their own state. Pleasantly surprised with minimal wait time considering dmv offices we closed for the week. The customer service was great and I was in and out within approx 30min (with 4 ppl ahead of me).
Very helpful and capable staff. New auto and homeowner's insurance. All information and prices stated were exactly as promised and very punctual. Happy with the service!
Went in for a map and guidebook of New Hampshire. When the clerk learned where I was going she engaged me in a conversation - brief - and recommended and gave me a second, helpful guide book.
A positive experience all around. Personable and knowledgeable staff. Accommodating and spacious surroundings with plenty of parking.
