went the extra mile – When my daughter and my new son-in-law were married they cut their time to get to the airport a little short, and of course, there was an accident blocking the freeway. The knowledge, experience, and most of all, the ability to reassure everyone, was invaluable. As a result they had a wonderful honeymoon, and gave my new son-in-law and daughter a example of what they could have messed up. Thank you Triple AAA, for caring.

Rude, Inexperienced Drivers. Unresponsive Staff. Horrible Experience ZERO stars. – I hired AAA limo for my husband's birthday on July 12th and had several issues with the A/C malfunctioning, the driver not knowing where he was going, taking the longest routes, being late bringing us home, and insulting me when it came time to pay. They were, did not charge me for the extra 20 minutes it took to get us home, and offered us a free hour on our next trip in order to keep our business. Worst limo experience EVER!! – The person I made reservations with was very polite and he ensured me that our ride and experience would be great. He gave me a good price on a stretch hummer as well. When the limo showed up it was beautiful but had no a/c. I see other complaints about this and wish I had read them before I booked, but you expect a brand new Hummer to work!! Awful Experience! – Where do i start .. We asked limo to pick up all wedding party at 1:30 in a white limo. After 45minutes (2:15) a BLACK limo shows (w/a very underdressed driver) ! Reason? The white limo was overheating and could not make it. Drinks supplied were completely warm. We wasted another good 10 minutes to stop at a gas station and pick up ice. Will leave you disappointed. – I booked a limo for my wifes 30th birthday with AAA limos and am very sorry that i did. This was a surprise for my wife and I had it all set to start at 8 pm. 8:15, no limo. I called the company and asked what was going on. I had called and confirmed twice to have the time set. The driver calls and says he is 10 miles away. The limo got there at 8:35. The surprise was ruined. I requested birthday package for the night and did not get that.
