Sam is absolutely amazing, I cannot sing his praises more! He was so friendly on the phone, and when I came in, the entire process took less than 15 min, but I stayed for over 2 hrs just to talk gems. He knows his stuff, and couldn't be friendlier. Sam is a wonderful man and an even better gemologist. I have been to Sams office over five times now with different pieces of fine jewelry from Tiffany, Chopard etc. to basic gold rings and miscellaneous jewelry. You never know what you might have until you get it appraised by Sam!
