When I came into the office I was greeted and a representative immediately went to notify my agent. I didn’t come as prepared as I should have been but Randi was able to complete my new policy with all the information I could give her. When I arrived at the AAA DMV the line was long, the staff did a great job taking care of the people...good customer service. Had i gone to the downtown main office I would of been there all day.,i really appreciate this luxury.

I went to the Modesto office and I was disappointed on how I was ignore in the line, because I had questions about my dmv renewal tags. They asisted everybody else in the line but except me. I was on a time limit and so I walked out.
