Recommendedrenewed my vehicle tags last week. Total time, 8 minutes. Totally worth it.
My husbands vehicle broke down on the way to work! He works nights in security I am a night shift nurse, they refused to come tow it to the mechanic shop at night!! I called in at 12:09 am it is 01:38am and still the vehicle is on the side of the road!!! 1:30 min I have been waiting!!! Zero zero zero customer service!!! AAA has contracted with Pro Tow Ceres, who has their own policy in place to NOT tow vehicles to auto shops after hours! How can AAA have gone into such an agreement??? The rep, was there promptly at our Appointment time. The Office was inviting, organized and comfortable. The Rep was prepared with the Documents, quotes all prepared and ready. she spoke clearly, professional and confirmed quotes previously discussed. The Rep addressed all my questions, concerns and was very approchable, professional and informative.
I joined AAA yesterday and ended up taking all my insurance needs to their office. They offer so many services to Seniors or single people that I haven't been offered to me at other places. They have a hot line you can call to ask questions before you take your car to be repaired to see if it really needs to be taken in. So many great things are free with the AAA membersip. I always thought it was just about getting towing when you needed.

Just a little disappointed that my passport photos taken at the Modesto office weren't acceptable. I would have hoped the person whose job it was to take them would have taken more care and time to do it right. Now I'm running around trying to get new ones done right.
