My furnace pooped out during the polar vortex. AAA was there within an hour of my call and had my heat up and running for a very reasonable price.
We made a house call on Sunday. afternoon , Chris was here within an hour , told us what we needed a new furnance and Brandon called first thing in the morning Monday , made 2 house visits in the freezing cold and had a new furnance put in promptly by Wednesday. 😊 I definitely am more then appreciative and we'll continue to recommend & call,if ever needed!! AAA takes advantage of widowed elderly women..they made a one time check and clean visit on August 15 and charged 146 dollars..they told her that she had to replace the capacitor because it was close to 7000 hr scheduled replacement..that they would come back and do this..so they don't give receipts or nothing anymore cause they keep on their computer..then they call today and say they had a cancellation and if they could do it for her..they charged 195 dollars for visit and replace a 3 dollar part..they say it's a weak capa... read more
