Found out we had cracked heat exchangers from another company, and after getting their quote we called the folks at AAA Northgate one hour heating and cooling. I told them what was going on and the girl in the office got me an appointment immediately, Brandon Thies came out and in 10 minutes gave me a price that was Half of the first estimate I received from another company. Close and on time. Technician was thorough and made sure I was satisfied. Would recommend them to friends and family.
Furnace stopped working right before a frigid cold weekend would begin. Called AAA Northgate. Office called me back quickly and told me window of time a tech would be here. Tech gave notice to me he was on his way. Showed up, was very professional. Fixed issue and furnace is working. Highly recommend. Maintenance plan is great deal so we signed up for that!
