Ray is a true Professional Engineer and thorough in his work. His experience and knowledge helped us gain a more in-depth picture of what was needed in the home which he inspected. I would use him again, if necessary. I found him to be honest, caring and sensitive in his presentation. His report was clearly explanatory and easy to understand. RAY GIRGIS STOLE OUR MONEY!!!! After our structural inspection he said all is well and he will provide us with a report. We paid him. It has been 4 weeks and still no report. I texted asking him to said and he said he already did. I said we never received and if he could resend or I will pickup. No reply from him. RAY GIRGIS CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! BEWARE!!!

Ray is a true professional. Very responsive, friendly, extremely thorough, and he even arrived earlier than we did all ready to go. He would call us over whenever he found something worth noting or worth bringing to our attention. Explained everything, let us ask questions at the end, and gave his recommendations. The final report broke out everything with pictures and by section. I would highly recommend.

Engineer are supposed to be non biased but Ray doesn’t understand the means and methods of construction and only uses what he sees superficially to gauge a home- far better home more knowledgeable home inspection companies out there

I would like to thank Ray for very quickly making an appointment to arrive at the property we are purchasing and review structural issues with the sellers. He provided a full report with images that thoroughly explained what the issues were and how to rectify them. His findings matched those of the original inspector's (with more detail, of course), and we are fully confident in him. Thank you for getting to this so quickly - it was a huge help.

First I would like to say i rarely give reviews but in this case i felt compelled to do so. I have bought and sold many homes in the past that required inspections. I will say Ray was prompt very professional and informative and knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a home inspector I would definitely recommend him.
