Absolutely the most deplorable customer service ever seen. Why you pay for a nationwide coverage only to have these people give you every excuse in the book about how their branch is separate from another and thus they can't service you, etc. It is just totally ridixulous. We are 30 year members of AAA and have used their roadside service for a long time. It’s really the only reason we have a membership. We have seen a significant decline in the response time of the roadside service over the past five years, just as competition has increased and more organizations offer competing products.
