If I could give them a no star rating I would. The inspectors were highly unprofessional and ruined the baseboards in my home, taking it upon themselves to pry them away from the wall. This resulted in warped baseboards and chipped paint on both the baseboards and the walls. When confronted about the damage they caused, the inspector, claimed he had every right to damage my property. They didn't mind I had tons of questions while they inspected. I wanted to know a few different things. Then when I got the review it had pictures of everything. The services that come along with the inspection like recall notice is AWESOME, I've already been alerted about a recall on one of the appliances. Will definitely use again.

Jacob was so polite and thorough with his inspection. He took pictures of defects and possible issues with home I was looking to get. It helped to get a visual of what was going on with home to solidify whether or not to proceed with purchase.
Good experience. The report was thorough and the pictures were helpful in identifying problem areas. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
