ugh. What a fiasco.
It didn't start real well. Their website says they open at 7am, guy on the phone I spoke with the day before I went said 8am, and then when I got to the store at 8:15am, the sign on the door said 9am. I took an ice maker to AAA Appliance in December 2014. It was a Tuesday afternoon, because they couldn't get their open time straight. I took it to the Manchester location. The good news is they had the repair part I needed. The bad news is that when I called to see if they had the part, the shop was only 10 minutes from closing time, which was 2:00 Saturday afternoon. I told the man that I spoke with that I was 10 minutes away and that I would be there before he closed. And I was. Except that he had closed the store early and left before I got there.
