I have been building and remodeling homes for over 30 years and can recognize issues that less experienced inspectors may not see. My inspections go well beyond the minimum Standards of Practice. My goal is to inspect every home as if it were my own. I use "special tools" like moisture meters, laser thermometers, combustible gas and microwave detectors and have a tall ladder to inspect two story roofs. The inspection report was very basic. The inspector was very inconsiderate & tracked mud all inside my home.
John is very helpful and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and John spent a good amount of time answering our questions, showing us how to do things, and interceding on our behalf with the builder. He went above and beyond helping us get the builder to fix some issues that the builder did not want to fix. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home!
John performed an extremely thorough inspection on a home I was purchasing. His attention to detail is incredible and he was more than willing to let me "tag along" during the inspection.
