Can't say enough good about this company. I've dealt with almost every HVAC company in Hot Springs and AAA is the most honest and ethical BY FAR.
Terrible service. They have been at my house for two days, and told me they had fixed my heater. The very next morning my heater is broken again, and I contacted their dispatch. Dispatch took my contact information down, and told me they were forwarding this information to a tech and he would contact me. This tech shows up 30 mins later with no phone call and proceeds to allow himself into my home without any warning. I was very alarmed, and proceeded to tell him he should have contacted me.
