Poor customer service, Rude owner, missing gold – On 2/17/12 Fri,I exchanged gold and asked for someone to call me about the diamonds in my gold. I was told she emailed the owner and sent a note with my inventory; I was to expect a call on Mon or Tue about my diamonds. The same employee left me a message on Mon. about rubies. I returned the call early Tue and left a message that I would like an owner to call me back, the rubies were not the question I want to talk to someone about the diamonds.
