Triple A in Florham Park is my go-to place for all of my personal and business travel needs...passports, currency, maps, trips...they do it all and their staff is the top notch -- knowledgeable and friendly.
I visited the AAA Florham Park office last week to pick up some maps and travel books. They didn't have one of the maps I requested, but offered to mail it to me as soon as it came in. 2 days later, it appeared in my mail. I found the employees to be very eager to be helpful. It was a very nice experience, I wish more establishments were so attentive to their customer's requests and needs !!

Went there to get travel guides of Pennsylvania and regional maps. So, it is good to see that my membership pays for this material since when they scan it into the register actual price is visible.
Went there this morning to get gift cards. AAA Florham park provides gift cards for no charge if you are a member. I wanted to get cards in $5 amounts to hand out to police officers in NYC for a thank you and a cup of coffee. Unfortunately the minimum is $10 so I was unable to get the cards. I told the person in charge when he asked if all was okay of my plan and now I was going to go to Star Bucks to get the cards. We saw Patty and told her we wanted a vacation in a warm place at an all inclusive. She highly recommended the Secrets resorts and once she showed us pictures of the resort in Punta Cana, we were hooked. This was the best vacation we ever had. Secrets is phenomenal. As soon as we got to the resort they give you an ice cold towel to refresh you in the hot weather and a cold glass of champagne. This place is a big joke! I called to join AAA for the first time and not only was the wait long but a person by the name of Chris answered and asked how may he help me. I advised him that I was calling to sign up for the service and he repeated himself. I said I'm sorry I don't know what information you need and he hung up on me. How unprofessional. I called back to speak to a supervisor the receptionist left me on hold then the phone hung up. These people WILL NOT be getting my business!!!!
