As usual AA Tax completed our 2025 taxes, a simple return. However, a large number was entered incorrectly. This error is delaying our refund over 10 months. We can no longer trust this company.
I've been working with AA Tax for over 20 years. They do an excellent job and their tax reports are clear, easy to read and professionally printed. They are very patient with my questions and respond within 48 hours or sooner. I reached out to them on a recommendation seeking a CPA for a long term relationship. They messed up my returns and misled me by not being able to understand my questions, and only when I complained did they finally admit they aren't a CPA! Not worth the money in the slightest, they charged like CPAs!
I've been coming here for over twenty years and absolutely love the quality of their taxes services combined with their top-notch professionalism and perpetual friendliness. I could not recommend AA Tax more!
