I had a faulty thermostat installed: when the heat goes on , the a/c does too. The thermostat was to replace a very old one, and is brand new. I have been trying to obtain service to correct the problem for a solid month, with absolutely no response or call backs. E entuslly I resorted to calling in another company and today paid over$300 to replace the previous new, FAULTY, thermostat.
