Matt Street did a handful of service calls for my company over the course of the last two weeks. I wish I could say we provided him with all the info he needed, but we did not. Instead, I had to ask Matt for his patience while I found someone to meet him on site. Matt rolled with the punches professionally and politely. I'm glad ERA is a partner of ours for all of our projects, and even happier they have associates like Matt on their team. A-1 service every time!
Frank and Zack was super nice. They came and got into each unit without a problem. They did their fire alarm inspection at The Hammond Gardens Apartments very thoroughly.
