I had an outstanding experience with Emergency Response Associates. Jim was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly, neatly, and professionally. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. The quality of their work was good, but their billing practices were extremely disappointing. I was double-billed, charged for mistakes they made, and billed again because they missed installing required hardware during the original installation. I then had to pay for another technician visit just to complete the installation and get approval. At no surprise at all I received another email saying they need to come back out again.
