I’ve been a member of AAA for 30+ yrs and I’ve been taking my “vehicles” here for as long as I can remember. EVERY time I go in for a simple oil change there is an hour to a two hour wait. For An OIL CHANGE!!! I’m sorry but that’s INSANITY in my opinion. Why either with or without an appointment are oil changes taking this long?? They need to hire more workers or move faster. We wanted a county map, they did not have it.
I’ve been coming to this AAA to get oil changes for at least a year now. I just left a few mins ago after getting an oil change which was supposed to come with a tire rotation. I mark my tires because I know they don’t always rotate them. After bringing to the cashiers attention, he checked with the technicians who told him the good tires are in the front and he switched the rear tires which was a COMPLETE LIE.
