If I could give AAA a 0-star review for their complete lack of care, I absolutely would. They left me stranded in freezing temperatures for 3 hours because of their failure to do their job. First, I was told there was a "computer glitch," then they promised someone would be there in 30 minutes. When no one showed up, I contacted the towing company directly, only to be told they never received the order and were still over an hour away. This is in no way the towing company’s fault, but AAA's total incompetence.

Great service, lots of information available
This review is two fold. The insurance service is poor at best for homeowners, but their Auto coverage is terrific. The last and only time I requested roadside assistance in downtown they failed to show up after two hours and the TDot truck was able to get me rolling.
