I don't know why I pay for AAA if they aren't even going to help. They wouldn't check my battery. They are worthless!
I didn't even want to give one star. This is the second time AAA has left us stranded on the side of the road for more than 3 hours. Then as we call to try to cancel the membership, Orlando 37427 gets hateful with us! I asked for a refund and Orlando said there would be no refund! We NEVER even got to use the service since they cancelled the wrecker coming to tow us. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Buyer beware! AAA bases they're hiring on DEI practices. And you wonder why their customer service sucks. When you cancel your membership, they will not refund your money and by the way. They no longer have the premier level advertised, but they'll certainly charge you for it.
Very helpful and friendly. Great service and we ended up adding to our insurance.
