great service and delivery time and came in earlier than expected
Out of three quotes requested from different BBB accredited companies, I have received only one. *** has not responded to my phone message nor my BBB quote request. I cannot say anything about their sales, service, or other work, but I am not likely to hire a company who has slow response before the sale.
It has been three weeks since I ordered a door, and I still have not received it even though I was quoted 2-3 weeks to delivery. Delays are understandable, but lack of customer service is unforgivable. No one answers the phones no matter which selection you make on the phone tree, no one responds to text messages, voicemails, or requests for a call back on their website. We called AAA after hours because we could not get our cars out of our garage and they were at our house at 8:00 am the next morning even though they had a full day ahead of them. The owners are so kind and professional, we would recommend them to anyone and WILL NOT use anyone else going forward!
Great customer service and reasonable prices. They came out in a timely manner and were very professional while doing the job. Did a great job! I would use them over and over again if I needed to. Highly recommend this company for any garage door repair.

AAA Door (****) came out on a holiday weekend and replaced the springs on my door and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
****** company came out with my new door in November 2020. After the door was installed my neighbor came over to see the door as she need a new garage door as well. She notice a small dent on the second panel where the handles were installed. I called AAA DoorsTx and sent them a picture of the panel showing the dent. I was told it was probably a manufactured issue and they would reorder that panel and replace it. It would take maybe another 8 weeks to get the door. Nick came out and repaired my garage door. A couple of roller hinge/brackets had broken and door was hung up. He showed up on time and had it repaired, adjusted, and working like a new one in less than an hour. EXCELLENT JOB! I highly recommend Nick with AAA Garage Doors from Mauriceville. Repair cost was MUCH more reasonable that others I got estimates from.
