Cheaper CAN indeed be better! Excellent products, tremendous customer service, lightning quick shipping, and rock bottom pricing...could not ask for anything more. I am an Architect and Builder, I ordered kitchen cabinets from AAA distributors. Parts were missing, I contacted them no less than 6 times with no results. I wrote a review on another review site and they contacted me. They asked me for some time to review the situation. I tried to meet them halfway conceding that it may have been just an oversight and if they would work with me I would offer to make some payment for the parts. After 2 weeks....crickets....no response, guess they think I am going away....no chance.
Our order of kitchen cabinets arrived in time, however they "forgot" to ship one of our wall caninets and some parts of drawers were missing. When we started assembling and realized that it was past their supposed 2 week policy, even though it was completely their fault on handling the order. We had to pay twice for that cabinet and drawers. Quality is ok, some drawers don't exactly fit in the gliding mechanism...not sure if manufacturer defect or the distributer packed wrong parts.
