Scheduled the appointment at their shop, they notified me multiple times prior to the appointment, and finally slotted a window between 0800 and 1000. Justin showed up at 0805 and got to work. Ran through the components, found a burnt wire downstream from the capacitor, replaced the capacitor and wire, checked charge and was on the way. Extremely pleased and will have them come back out in a few months pre or post the next round of storms. Thanks Justin!!
Called for service at 10 am and part the was replaced by 3:00 pm. Ongoing great customer service.
Good price for cleaning system. Techs were pretty cool
