I visited the AAA office on Ray Rd on 3/10/17. I met with Kari. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was genuinely concerned about what I needed. She took care of my insurance and membership needs. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I highly recommend AAA for any of your insurance and membership needs. Stop by and talk to Kari about your insurance needs.
I stopped at the Ray Rd, Phoenix location, to inquire about the car-buying program. I was able to interview with Bob Campbell. He was a good listener and asked all the right questions making the experience a breeze. I felt confidence, in him, to help me find the right new car.
Have been to this location many times, for cruise,trip ticket, road maps,insurance, and to purchase an automobile. Each time has been an enjoyable experience.. All the staff is very helpful and can answer all questions. Doing a great job. Would recommend AAA to every one.

We came in for passport photos. It was quick, easy, and free. No problems at all.
