I've been a member for quite a while. These guys just aren't helpful anymore. If they can get out of towing your car, forget it. You're stuck. They don't do MVD stuff these days. They lost my renewal and I was uncovered for months. Just useless.

AAA member since 1971. Received an offer in March 2017 for a free upgrade to AAA-PLUS for remainder of membership term, which I accepted. The offer stated that being a PLUS member entitled me to free passport photos. Yesterday (6/26/17), my wife and I drove to the Chandler office on Ray Road to get said photos, but were told that the "free photos" were not longer a part of the PLUS membership and that the charge would be $9 per person plus tax. I visited the AAA office on Ray Rd recently and received very good and knowledgeable help. Carrie was able to complete an extensive trip tik for our 8000 mile road trip to visit many National parks. I had expected for her to give me a call at a later date when the mapping was completed and ready for pick up but she did the project while I waited. Thanks again.
I'm traveling to Greece and the woman who helped me was just remarkable. She knew the ins and outs of trying to rent a car there and what kind of insurance to get, and explained how to get an international drivers license. I only with I had gotten with AAA first before I booked my flight. The travel agent service is very good and I didn't know they could help me with international travel. Plus the office was friendly at mc Clintock and Ray, where i may have to go back for a suitcase that was on sale.
