Don't Go Here – I took my car in to have the struts worked on, for which they charged me $500. The next day the car started making a loud metal on metal noise every time I turned right or went over a bump. I brought it back and they told me that there was another problem that would be at least another $500. So rather than refunding me after breaking my car, they want to charge me more money. Thanks.
Dirty, and Over-Priced!!! – I've had my car maintenance and repairs done at the Morrisville AutoMark for sometime now...but no more! The facility has become absolutely filthy! Grease and dirt everywhere. (not talking about the shop area...I know that's going to get dirty). But the condition of the facility tells a person a lot about the staff...and this one tells me they don not care!!! AAA Car Care Center @Kildaire farms is horrible!! – AAA Car Care Center is Awful! They always try and find something to fix with the normal oil change and persuade to do it then to charge extra lot for it. Never get your tires changed here, discount tire or tire rack website gives sweet deal for exact same brand tires. AAA auto care seems very greedy. They advice to change some of the things which can be avoided for some more time.
Go for one problem leave with more than you bargained for – I took my car there b/c it was overheating & they said they fixed the problem. I went to work right after leaving there & it overheated again so I had to take it back and now they say its a whole new problem. But when I went to go pick it up it wouldn't even turn on and they said when it overheated the coolant "blew the fuses." A true story tells you never go there – For those good reviews, you guys are lucky that they did not make you a target. I was charged $90 for the part which priced $20 at Autozone half mile away, more than four times than the retail price!!!! labor fee?? normally at least twice than a reasonable price. Nothing but good experiences for me – I'm just going to guess that the negative reviews posted below are from the competitors across the parking lot. I say this because their parking lot is practically empty every time I take one of our cars into service at AutoMark. We have used AAA AutoMark for about two years now and have never had cause to mistrust them. Quite the opposite indeed. This is a prime example of what WRAL will be reporting on tomorrow night. e.i. ....Fake Reviews to bloster or degrade businesses. The best thing to do... visit the shop and talk to the folks waiting on their vehicles. Tehy will be more than happy to tell you how satisfied they are.
