Showed up when promised . Did good quality work when expected. Very polite - no surprises.
I enjoyed very much doing business with ABR... Cleaned carpets after a minor flood in the basement. They removed wet padding, moved carpet to garage to dry out (with fans) and then cleaned and sanitized it. Good as new
Excellent price and work was done very well. There were a couple of skipped areas, but ABR's NUMBER 1 priority is customer satisfaction. I was very impressed.
ABR Painting did a wonderful job for me. The owner was readily available to answer all questions. The carpenter was honest in stating that the project would not be as extensive as once thought and I was only charged for the work done. I was so happy that I gave him additional work on my property. Please give him an excellent rating.
I thought the prep work could hav included more sanding!
Overall, the job was done well and in the timeframe expected. The crew arrived when expected and did a good job. There was only one section where the paint bubbled & had to be fixed but that was done fairly quickly. The clean up could have been better - there were a lot of paint scrapings that were left lying around on the ground, window sills, a/c unit, etc. The front door had a lot of weather damage and Jim stripped it an restained it. The painters did a great job on fixing my cracks, painting, and cleaning up. I wish there would have been better communication from the owner though, as I had to continue to call to see what was going on, even after he told me that he didn't like other companies who were too busy to have good customer service.
