Service was excellent, courteous very timely and very reasonably priced. We had to expand the budget as the project went on but at no fault of the vendoe.
I was impressed with the promptness and friendliness. However, I spent over a half an hour moving back furniture and other things to where they were supposed to be. I feel they spent more time moving things to show that they were there; some things were even moved on tables and desks that were never cleaned thoroughly. The amount of time they were there did not reflect how clean my house was; many things appeared clean, but upon further look, they were not.
Ron and his team were wonderful. They did my project within the time the stated and came back twice for touch ups. The crew was professional and courteous while in my home. I will have them back to paint some of the other projects I have planned in the house early next year.
Job seemed to be rushed. Powerwashed one day and started to paint the second. Does not look like much prep was performed, and had to call back to correct many missed spots that I could see from the ground. Could not confirm if second story was fully painted.
Business response:
This is the first time we ever had to put in a response to a customer's comment to protect our companies' reputation. We DID prep the house correctly and professionally. The paint job was double coated, unfortunately the house was full of knot holes. We applied primer first and then painted. We even went back and re-addressed what they thought was missed. It just seemed that no matter what we did for this couple it wasnt going to work. I guess after 224 ratings we were bound to get one like this.
Everything looks good so far.
The appointment was made with very short notice which was nice. The girls that cleaned our house were very nice and proffesional and did a great job.
Tim came over to give me an estimate the next day I received a phone call from ABR. Since all it needed was re-attaching a 4x6 section of carpet he did it right away once we agreed upon the price. He did a very thorougher job. I'll use him again for sure.l
Hard working and reliable. Polite and nice workers. Work was done well.
