Horrible experience - Tamara was very nasty to me. Maybe she was having a bad day but her lack of professionalism did not go unnoticed. I think greeting people and saying thank you are pretty standard. She got annoyed at me that I didn’t have paperwork that no one told me I needed. Maybe additional training is needed? God bless to those who cross her path.
