Great location. This has been a godsend for me for the past 24 years that I've been dealing with one spine surgery after another. They.offer services that are particularly convenient for physically challenged people. Reps are very accommodating and knowledgeable though occasionally slow for perplexing reasons. I can walk now ~ yay ~ and still run up against DMV deadlines. No problem with Auto Club. Processing my Registration there today, getting my tags on time. Done! The girl at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. When I finally got called back . The person that was helping me was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. And then to top it off. She entered my information incorrectly for my registration. Misspelled my address. And now I need to go to the DMV to correct my title and registration. . Because of her incompetence I suggest using a different location if you need assistance with vehicle stuff
10/10 went in to get an international driving permit walked in and walked out within 15 minutes. Only $28 to get passport photos and the permit. Helpful and friendly service. Would recommend.
This is my local automobile club. I’ve been coming here for years whenever I’ve needed something. I don’t often come because my needs are minimal. But when I do like I did today, I’ve had the most excellent experience with every person I’ve interacted with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help in anyway they can.
