Fuimos a hacer un pequeño cambia a la póliza solamente agregar un conductor, nuestro inglés no es bueno así que nos mandaron a otra agencia, nisiquiera hicieron el esfuerzo por atendernos, muy pésimo servicio, además nunca contestan el teléfono, pero a la hora de tomar nuevos clientes no les importa si hablas bien inglés o español.
I been member of auto club of America for long time now and I enjoy having it it made my life easier having it very much.
Literally the worst experience I've ever had with any business of any sort whatsoever. . nothing comes in even as a close second.
