Horrible experience , on 07/25/2025 around 4pm, front desk dark hair women made a mistake did not admit to her mistake nor apologized , Kim supervisor apologized and treat others the way like to be treated , basic civilized behavior 101, will never go to this location , will never re new our AAA , one horrible behavior ruined our family, please treat others the way you like to be treated, Be respectful, polite, smile, good thing will follow you, other wise what goes around comes around. make sense ?

Stopped by AAA Fountain Valley on the way back home to see how long a wait it would be or if I needed an appointment for a smog check. No one there. They took me right away, no waiting. $69. The guys there are friendly and super cool. I love AAA!!!

Smog test was a bad experience. Literally the most expensive smog test I’ve seen. I have a standard car and the price was $70. If you’re not a member they charge you $80. They don’t tell you the price until they’ve already grabbed your keys and your paperwork and the prices are displayed on a wall that is NOT conspicuous. So their very cheapest smog test is $80 and they don’t post prices online
