I called 2 hours before they closed and they left me on hold the first time for 12 minutes and then they clicked on me. I called again, waited another 10 minutes and boom! They clicked again! Very unprofessional!
Careless attitude, dirty and they do not value your time. It is not better than DMV if your only picking up a plate or plaque. Too slow and they do not have designated areas. Your all bunched up in one group.
There are clear signs of which line to get into for DMV or payments for insurance and membership. Everyone in the wrong line was taken before me. What's the point of having different lines?
So this star is for Dennis the only reason why I gave 1 star instead of none only because I felt like I went to the DMV and I didn’t understand what a pride flag had to do with insurance lol but okay and the guys had more ear piercings than the girls it looked n felt very different Club DMV.
