Accommodating and friendly Couldn't be happier! They made my buying experience a breeze. My sales rep was very patient with me and always made my needs/wants a priority. She and her manager were very accommodating and got me exactly what I wanted without any flak. (Edited November 19, 2013)
Took my anxiety away I really liked the atmosphere of this auto dealer. I am the kind of person that gets very scared off and shy when sales people are too aggressive or desperate for my hard earned money. Couldn't be happier I’m very satisfied with the car that I bought at AAA Auto Group. My new Honda Accord zips me around the city now and at a significantly better MPG than my old Nissan Xterra. The folks at AAA Auto Group really listened to my requests as a customer and I got the car I wanted for the price that was fair. They actually knew me better than I thought I knew myself. Treated with respect and found an immaculate car! I am a single woman and have never been treated with as much respect as I received at AAA Auto Group. They didn't ask if I needed to talk with my father or boyfriend, they took me at my word, which I appreciated greatly. I bought a 3 series BMW and it runs perfectly! I later showed my boyfriend, who is a mechanic, and he couldn't find anything wrong with it either. I am very satisfied and will recommend AAA Auto Group to anyone!
Exceptional Experience I've never dealt with a nicer auto dealer. They weren't pushy at all, very calm, even had no problem with us leaving to go home and think about it. We ended up buying our first Mercedes and it's been flawless. In every way our experience has been exceptional.
Surprisingly impressed... I am VERY pleased with AAA Auto Group, I purchased a car 1 month ago and have had ZERO issues! My new BMW runs flawlessly and the people were very polite and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend to others!
Great overall experience Best condition cars out of the eight lots we visited. Our credit union pre-approved us and AAA was able to beat the rate and we financed for under 5% through Wells Fargo. Can't ask for more than that! We're very happy.
