Nightmare service. Appointments missed and guarantees of service not fulfilled at all, owner must have amnesia. Does not know the meaning of customer service, makes me question all these other reviews. Gave my wife an attitude, for missing appointments, wouldn’t hold up his end for the routine check up guess it’s just to reel you in.I have seen others complain of this very same thing. Absolutely terrible experience! I called for service at midnight, expecting them to be available since they advertise as a 24-hour company. Instead, the guy who answered said, 'It's midnight, call me in the morning.' What's the point of being open 24/7 if you're not going to provide service? Incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Do not rely on them for any urgent needs!
Horrible man , horrible service, horrible way to treat customers, horrible way to run a business.Makes me second guess if these other reviews are even from real clients. Cranky, no people skill, no communication skill having , angry old man who runs this company is just out to rip you off. Mixes up your appointment with others and you get penalized, must have amnesia as well or plays as if he does to get over on you.
