Not satisfied today at all with the way this business handled our payment. First, Kevyn hung around afterwards wanting a credit card even though I was in direct communication with Rick (office) the entire time. First time, credit card declined and a fraud alert was sent. My husband didn’t see it because his phone was in his car, so I told the office I would call them back with the card. I paid for the pest and rodent treatment. Had them come out to to spray and lay traps and respray our home in Miami. We paid about $1600 and saw no lasting change in our roach problem. Probably went 1 week with reduced roach activity but came back at increased force after a couple of weeks. This service is not worth it. They try to upscale you to get thousands of dollars out of you knowing their treatments do not work and they know you will more than likely no be a long lasting customer. I called Rick at 11pm on a Monday night and he saved my store from a crazy Termite Swarm. He was able to come early the next morning and fix everything. 100% recommend

This company's Guarantee is Worthless! I don't know how this guy has these many star reviews. He doesn't deserve 1 star. He has horrible customer service and hangs up on you if the conversation is not going his way! DO NOT PAY 400 to get flea service. HE promised to guarantee his work for a 1 year if I kept up spraying with him every other month! Well.... I still have fleas in my yard and now he says that his guarantee is only for the inside.
