He seemed like a nice professional first to solve my termite problem. But he never shows up on time, he is highly narcissistic and he doesn’t value your time. They didn’t show up 6 times to their appointments when I asked them to remedy their deficient termite treatment - they missed out some parts of the house despite having talked about it. Excellent, excellent service. Had an emergency and contacted Ricky at 11pm the night before and he was at my home before 10am the next morning. Did a great job spraying my yard and home for bugs. Informed me of what he was doing and why it was necessary. Ricky is very knowledgeable and if we need further pest Control. We know who to call.

They came out next day. And we’re really accommodating for timing they stopped by 7am. The tech did a great job. He was knowledgeable and paid a lot of attention to detail.
